Hello, my name is Teneisha Frank-Wright, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in the field of counseling for over 10 years. Counseling and helping others has always been my passion. Enjoyment and fulfillment come from working with youth in this area and field of work however, I work with clients who ranges from the ages of 13 through adult. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping addictions, anger management, family and couples therapy. My goal for my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.
Taking the first step of capturing a more fulfilled life on a positive level is all part of my mission and that is, Transforming Lives one person at a time.
Hello, my name is Santora Thomas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’ve been doing my craft for over 10 yrs. Mental health is a passion of mine, as it was something that wasn’t understood well in my community growing up and still is undereducated in many communities today.
There’s that stigma of “Only crazy people need therapy” that I’ve unfortunately heard too many times that often deters us from getting the help that we really need. Mental health is just as important as physical health and just like we need to have our physical health checked, we need to make sure we are well mentally because these two things are connected, believe it or not.
My therapy style is usually person-centered using CBT, solution-focused, and other collaborative techniques. I have experience in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, life changes, self-esteem issues, dysfunctional families, and I have worked with people of diverse backgrounds.
Counseling is a safe space to gain support, insight, and understanding, which is something that everyone needs at some point. It would be a pleasure for me to be that person to provide that for you.

Hello, my name is Tamela Downs. I am a provisional licensed professional counselor with more than 10 years of experience. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies from University of Louisiana in Lafayette in 2008. My passion to help people inspired me to further my education. In 2024, I obtained a Master of Science graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. In addition to education, I am currently serving in the military with 20 years of experience working with individuals that struggle with mental health.
Counseling is a place for freedom and acceptance. Seeking help can be a hard task but shows your strength. Individuals will discover that they don't have to navigate their journey alone. Changing the stigma of mental health is a significant and impactful goal. My goal will be to increase education and awareness, normalizing conversations about feelings and emotions, and serve as an advocate for the mental health field. My passion is helping others through service. With the blending of psychoeducation with practical skills built in conjunction of various theoretical approaches will empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and personal growth. My ultimate goal is to create a safe space for you to learn skills to help navigate through everyday life.
